TEMP-TO-HIRE
This hiring scenario allows clients to evaluate vetted candidates on a “working” trail basis while candidates remain employed by GreatStaff. This option offers complete flexibility on the assignment longevity and/or conversion to permanent placement at the client’s discretion. Once the client is ready to bring on the candidate, they are able to do so after a specific amount of time or with a conversion fee.
DIRECT HIRE
This hiring option allows clients to attract the best of the best for crucial positions. Most sought after candidates are currently working and need to have incentives to make a career move, including a direct hire placement. The selected candidate becomes the clients employee immediately after the acceptance of the offer letter. This hiring option is offered on a national level through our sister company, GreatStaff Search Professionals.
CONTRACT
This placement scenario allows our clients to bring on vetted candidates for a specific project and time frame while candidates remain employed by GreatStaff. This option requires a commitment from both our client and candidate as it relates to the agreed pay rate and length of the project. Project based positions that require specific experience tends to attract to best candidates under this placement scenario.
