Sandy Hall founded GreatStaff Direct on a simple belief: “Exceptional Staffing Begins with Exceptional Relationships”
Drawing on more than 25 years of industry experience, she has built her reputation by helping businesses identify exceptional talent while developing long-term partnerships founded on trust, communication, and accountability.
Throughout her career and as a Michigan resident for over two decades, Sandy has successfully supported companies ranging from entrepreneurial businesses to nationally recognized organizations, recruiting professionals at every level, from administrative and skilled trades to executive leadership. Her experience includes business development, client strategy, recruiting operations, workforce planning, and leadership, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges employers face in today's competitive hiring market.
Prior to launching GreatStaff Direct, Sandy founded and led GreatStaff Solutions for more than 16 years, building a respected staffing organization known for its commitment to exceptional client service and long-term partnerships. Today, she continues that legacy through GreatStaff Direct, placing an even greater emphasis on personalized service, meaningful client relationships, and delivering talent solutions that create lasting success.

Twelve years ago, Taylor Westenberg entered the staffing industry as a Recruiting Assistant with a clear commitment to building a career in recruiting. Through dedication and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, she advanced through the roles of Recruiter, Sr. Recruiter, and Recruiting Manager before earning the position of Recruiting Director.
Throughout her career, Taylor has built long-standing relationships with many of the same clients by earning their trust through consistent communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering quality results. Her ability to understand each client's business, culture, and hiring objectives has made her a trusted recruiting partner.
Today, Taylor oversees GreatStaff Direct's recruiting strategy and day-to-day recruiting operations, aligning recruiting priorities with each client's most critical hiring needs. By strategically directing recruiting efforts and maintaining close communication with both clients and candidates, she ensures every search receives the attention, urgency, and focus it deserves.
